A transformative tomorrow

Iraq’s largest residential development needed to inspire confidence in a new way of living. A story bold enough to reflect the scale of the vision, yet grounded in local pride and everyday life. We positioned it as Iraq’s beacon, showing the way forward. Spanning 61 million square metres and delivering 120,000 new homes, the project is a transformational story for Iraq and the wider region, introducing a fully integrated lifestyle destination designed to ease pressure on Baghdad’s urban core. A green city pioneering sustainability in the Middle East.

A model for the future

The narrative we created speaks of wellbeing, nature and innovation working together to shape a better way of life. A place of progress, grown for its people. The identity inspired by the Arabic letter Waw, its nine petals representing the city’s nine districts and shared vision for the future. Rolled out across film, print and social, a new chapter for Iraq and ORA launched with clarity and purpose.
