With our client, St George, we created a marketing campaign for
the launch of Chelsea Creek, one of the biggest UK luxury
residential launches in the past year. The product is extremely
high end and the location was a key selling point. All the
marketing material was promoting the product in the most
aspirational way possible to create a high level of interest and
intrigue in a market where any comparable
stock is scarce.The integrated campaign was targeted and
extremely well executed and comprised of the following items:
internal marketing suite graphics and branding, interactive touch
screen system linked to a sales database, DVD mood piece, sales and
plans brochure, hoarding, website and email, launch invitation,
stationery and advertising.
