We worked with Hadley Property Group
to create a marketing campaign for one of few residential launches
in central London this year. Our objectives were to position the
development as a centrally located London riverside destination, to
promote it as a lively and
attractive place to live and to ensure the material was
aspirational, generating excitement about the vibrancy of the area.
The creative included a sales brochure, hoarding, scaffold signage,
online media advertising and computer generated
imagery. The material re-enforced our client as a reputable
and stable developer and positioned the apartments as well designed
and of a high specification.
