Drapers Gardens is a significant new development in the heart of
the City by Canary Wharf and Exemplar. We identified early on the
importance of the three landscaped terraces with stunning views
across the City.
A campaign was developed around the use of grass - from giant
blades implemented across the hoarding to the 'Tiger Woods' DVD
showing him teeing off from the terraces. Evans Randall bought the
292,500 sq ft development which was let to BlackRock Investment and
was one of the largest lettings in the City in 2009.
