We created and art directed a DVD for D2 Private's, Twelve St. James's, Grade II listed building - 2 grand Georgian mansions redeveloped and refurbished to exacting standards by award-winning interior designer Linda Morey Smith.
The DVD combined dramatic video capturing the 'West End' with state-of-the-art CGI fly-throughs of the final development. The DVD was shown in one-on-one presentations to agents with 20 bespoke DVD players left with key individuals to present with on behalf of retained agent, DTZ.
The building achieved highest rental in the world, let to American Hedge Fund, Permal, in 2007 and has yet to be topped.
