A concept developed by Sectorlight and introduced to Hines, the One Spirit Showcase is a series of collaborations between cultural organisations that aims to showcase the close relationship that exists between art, the community and architecture in developments that are currently reshaping the city skyline.
Working with the Royal Academy Schools and cultural consultants Futurecity this has taken the form of an 'Urban Gallery', two photographic scholarships and a public arts project. The showcase launched with the Urban Gallery, a super sized 40m sq canvas stretched across the façade of 1 Grafton Street in Mayfair.
